Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items.

• Return window: 14 days after delivery

• Ship-back window: 30 days total

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because everything is 3D printed to order, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items damaged by misuse, heat, or real-flame candles

• Items that show wear, modification, or pet/odor exposure

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or with any mistakes, send me a message within 7 days with photos. I will replace it completely free, no hassle.
